ᄋ Job description:


  • Promote and Assist Korean SMEs to successfully enter the French Market
  • Maintains constant communications with key clients taking responsibility to realize export from South Korea
  • Support key client to ensure all issues are efficiently and quickly resolved with utmost client satisfaction
  • Addresses all key account holder questions and concerns striving to ensure complete satisfaction on all accounts
  • Communicates information on all existing and new products and services utilizing opportunities for business expansion supported by the Business Development function
  • Updates client information ensuring efficient client tracking at all stages of documentation
  • Communicates collected feedback from key client to the management in order to support service improvement initiatives
  • Maintain High Knowledge of all processes and procedures and system flows in order to maximize efficiencies and reduce client touch points where feasible
  • To study the profile of new key clients and understand clients requirements and business plans in order to be able to meet their expectations
  • Monitor on daily basis the open requests of key clients via reports and follow up with delayed requests and update clients immediately
  • Build Business Networking with Global Partners etc.

ᄋ Required Skill

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2+ years experiences with marketing, sales, advertising or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in Korean and French/additional language preferred)
  • Care passionately about customer support, solving problems for customers, and about the role it plays in making a customercentric team successful
  • Computer literacy (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Value personal relationships and build on professional networks
  • Knowledge of relevant markets and trends
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Find creative problem solving fulfilling and challenging
  • Knowledge of relevant markets and trends
  • Coordinate communications and negotiations for transborder business developments
  • Conduct research and analysis for companies looking for business leads and partnerships in France
  • Must be a French national or Carte de Resident holder
