Key responsibilities
- Stocking the production area with raw materials
- Production of crosslinked hyaluronic acid gels (Perfectha, Perfectha Lidocaine, etc.)
- Cleaning the clean room and equipment
- Observing the rules for entering clean rooms: dressing, hand washing, health and hygiene, etc.
- Participate in environmental control in controlled atmosphere areas (bacteriological sampling and monitoring, etc.)
- Complete and check batch records
- Complete and check the various records relating to the cleanroom
- Under the supervision of the Production Coordinator, plan and implement qualification and validation activities for the site's production areas, equipment and processes, under the supervision of the Quality Manager
- Drafting and checking validation protocols and reports for the site's equipment and processes; forwarding them to the Quality Assurance department for approval.
- Under the supervision of the Production Coordinator, to carry out maintenance, servicing, metrology and control activities for production areas, equipment and processes; to keep the list of site installations up to date; to pass on to the Quality Manager and the Finance and Production Manager.
Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential:
- Bac / Bac + 2 in a scientific field
- Experience of working in a cleanroom environment
Desirable:
- At least 1 years' experience in the field of injectable products
