As a Global Talent Management Assistant you will elevate your HR capabilities by managing
multi-faceted projects around
Talent Review, Recruitment, Performance Management, Campus Management & Employer Branding in an
international environment.

worldwide HR community.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT & BE FULFILLED

Embrace Talent Management strategic initiatives

  • Take part of one of our most strategic HR process aiming at reviewing our
    organization's health and talent pipeline to reach our business ambition
  • Support in the organization of
    talent growth initiatives such as
    Development Centers:
  • Play a role in the
    Talent Pooling process to develop our talents and succession plans on key positions
  • Support the team in implementing the Global Early Career Professionals, Fresh Graduates, Interns and Apprentices strategy and programs
  • Actively contribute to
    engaging talent experiences (e

g:
breakfast with senior leaders)

  • Bring your input to strengthen our
    Performance & Development Change Management initiative:
  • Support
    ondemand Talent presentations for the top management.

Leveraging the power of talent data

  • Carry out independently
    quantitative and qualitative analysis with corrective measures suggestions
  • Propose new dashboards and reports to
    track and monitor the performance and efficiency of our initiatives and processes (recruitment, learning, performance management, campus management, career development... )
  • Run
    external watch & benchmarks on talent management and suggest innovative approaches

Profile:


Education & experiences:

  • Endowed with a
    genuine interest for people
    development you are in a
    master's degree program (HR specialization is a plus) with an apprenticeship agreement of at least 12 months
Languages ;
-
Fluent English (bilingual)

  • Basic French proficiency
  • A third language would be a plus

Personal & interpersonal skills:

  • You work with
    high standards of excellence in execution and are searching for autonomy

Data-oriented, you can transform perform advanced analysis on Excel and transform it into insights

  • You can
