We are currently looking for our future
Learning & Development Team Leader (M/F/d) based in Obernai for a permanent contract.


In this role, you will instill a learning company culture through a regional talent roadmap with the primary goal of developing and retaining people at Hager.

The role will focus on project and change management as well as communication of talent management initiatives within the regional HR team.

Talent management areas in which this position provides regional support include, but are not limited to, learning initiatives, development pathways, performance management, attraction of young talent...


You will report to the Senior Manager Global Talent Development and lead the French Talent team and be the talent point of reference for a given network of HR Business Partner.


Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the deployment of global practices, processes and tools that enable the deployment of our global talent development strategy.
  • Accompany development initiatives and journeys.
  • Deploy and promote our development offering across the target region
  • Promote internal mobility as a growth opportunity
  • Support the deployment of global processes such as the performance management system, the exit interview...
  • Enable our managers to grow as people developers
  • Deploy and orchestrate local leadership programs
  • Build and develop a strong partnership with leading schools to attract, recruit and integrate the best young talents in France.
  • Drive the recruitment plans for interns and apprentices.
  • Manage a team of at least 3 people
  • Create and animate the network of the given area of the HR Business Partner.

Requirements/ Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and/or talent management roles.
  • You have international experience and a sense of multiculturalism.
  • You have experience leading projects in various HR areas and are able to lead talent conversations in a pragmatic and businessoriented manner.
  • You are datadriven and problemsolving.
  • You are a team player, collaborative and have a growth mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and French
