Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Head of DDMS and new ERP Transformation (f/m)
based in Marignane**, France.

The head of DDMS and new ERP Transformation is reporting to the Head of Program DDMS and new ERP.

Together with the Head of Program DDMS and the Head of Program new ERP, he/she will be responsible to ensure the overall consistency of the Transformation roadmap between DDMS and new ERP, but also with other improvement projects or initiatives running within the company and at Airbus Group level.

The Transformation roadmap is addressing the full scope of Processes, Methods and Tools (PMT) for all engineering domains and all execution domains of the company at worldwide level.

Establish and manage the integrated Transformation roadmap for the development and the deployment of the new Processes, Methods and Tools related to DDMS and new ERP

Integrate the relevant projects, i.e. projects having an impact on the DDMS and ERP roadmap or projects being impacted due to DDMS and ERP roadmap, and make sure that the overall will deliver a consistent solution step after step

Ensure that the integrated roadmap is responding to the high level objectives of the company: harmonization, standardization and simplification

Ensure every program establish and follow its decommissioning roadmap for solutions that should be replaced by DDMS or ERP projects

Document and propose organizational evolutions that will concur with the high level objectives above, but also for developing / upskilling new competencies within the company

Establish and animate in a systematic and structured manner the liaison with others improvement projects

Define and monitor the synchronization plan, ensure that synchronization milestones between DDMS, new ERP and the others projects are passed according to expected maturity level.

Together with myCES team (organization in charge of Company Processes House), ensure that myCES will be updated / restructured in order to reflect the end-to-end processes integration as defined by DDMS and new ERP programs

Make sure that a shared and overarching data model has been established, reviewed and validated by all parties

Liaise with IM organization to ensure the consistency of technological solutions driven by both programs

Capitalize or propose factory approaches, such as RPA factory, tests factory, deployment factory, integration factory, etc.

Develop and support a global and consistent communication strategy for DDMS and new ERP. Communication that should be executed by Change and Communication managers in each program
