Overview:

Purpose of Position (Summary):

  • Receive, store, prepare and ship the raw materials and finished products of the site.
  • Ensure the updating of computer movements
  • Ensure the accuracy of stocks
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials for workshops (deadlines and quantities)
  • Use good storage and handling practices (safety and order)

Responsibilities:


Stock management:

  • Receive incoming goods, ensuring quality, quantity and consistency with shipping documents.
  • Bring the materials to the workshops and subcontractors respecting the quantity and the time
  • Ensure coherence between theoretical needs and physical outputs for workshops
  • Control the consistency of exports with their transport documents
  • Maintain computer systems (SAP and CIEL) up to date (inputs and outputs) and ensure consistency between physical stocks and theoretical stocks (store and workshop)
  • Complete annual global inventory and rotating inventories.
  • Prepare the packing for the trading activity
  • Respect the FIFO, keep track of the lots of articles drawn and manage the preemptions of products

Handling:

  • Carry, move, load, unload and stack goods in accordance with the safety and handling instructions for the different products and the instructions.
  • Identify and store goods or products
  • Organize the storage of products according to the available space, packaging and safety rules. Fill in the addressing
