The Job


We are currently recruiting in KUONI for
a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team.

This position will be based in Paris**.

  • A passion for their job and the fastpaced event industry
  • A natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm in delivering outstanding result
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment
  • The ability to run a number of different events in parallel and manage a wide range of third parties

Responsibilities include

  • Create, plan and deliver largescale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
  • Proposal creation and pitch, when required
  • Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
  • Supplier management prior, during and after the event
  • Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
  • Client and account management to ensure repeat business
  • Onsite management of the event
  • Budget management and post event reconciliation
  • Reporting to various stakeholders

Essential requirements:


  • Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English. Written and verbal language skills are essential
  • Deep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
