ASAP
The role will be mainly to be responsible for the SAP S4 HANA technical architecture and the management of the ECC6 to S4 HANA transition project (projects and technical needs around SAP, architecture, integration with operational teams, etc.)

The main missions are:

The transition project
Architecture
Project governance
Technology watch
Operations

On the technical side:

the validation of the technical choices made by the integrator, capacity and performance monitoring, the management of complex incidents, problems and major changes, participation in the optimization of the system and the technical chain, the guarantor of service availability (DRP, monitoring, etc.).

In this role, the follow-up of the resolution of major incidents (root cause analysis, improvement plan, crisis management, etc.), the implementation and monitoring of operational technical indicators (reflecting the level of service rendered) are an integral part of the mission.
