As the chief of staff, you will hold a leadership position within the organization, working closely with the CEO and the ExCom of the company.
You will act as a right hand of the CEO, working on a variety of critical projects and responsibilities for the success of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to support the implementation of the company's strategy.
- Performance governance
- Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKR) derived from the company's strategy.
- Design the format and frequency of performance reports to ensure effective monitoring.
- Organize key meetings, set and prepare agendas, define right forum attendees and coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Streamline decisionmaking, fostering prealignment within the leadership team.
- Coordinate the preparation of CEO updates with the shareholders, including aligning materials with N1, designing the agenda and coordinating the follow up.
Strategic Project Management:
- Lead specific strategic projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring their successful execution and tracking.
- Lead transformation projects related to changes in corporate culture, internal communication, and leadership development.
- Coordinate with functional teams to achieve objectives and deadlines.
- Prepare notes for shareholders on key strategic topics gathering and articulating information from different departments
Strategic Communication:
- Ensure smooth strategic communication between the CEO and teams, ensuring that directives and priorities are well understood.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Strategic analysis and reporting: conduct indepth strategic analyses, prepare detailed reports, and presentations for the CEO, contributing to wellinformed decisionmaking.
Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Relevant experience in project management or seniorlevel management or consultant experience in a top firm.
- Previous experience working with a CEO or top executive is an advantage.
