  • Your missions :
  • Have wide knowledge of the world of luxury cosmetics and the relevant retail channels (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries)
  • Adapt & apply Global design concepts to regional free-standing store locations, department stores and other retail formats in 2D plans and 3D.
  • Create & realize relevant and complete guidelines for the regional Store Design and Visual Merchandising
  • Possesscompetent communication skills with the different markets in the EMEA region
  • Creation of planograms according to the Brands' Global / Regional marketing plans
  • Creation of design for specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations
  • Survey competition and analyze SD/VM competitive advantages
  • Qualifications

    Communication and Organization

  • Build close relationships with Regional stakehoders & Affiliates, SDVM teams, shopfitters.
  • Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Store Design, visual merchandising
  • Creative skills & work experience at Store design, Graphic, Visual Merchandising field
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of the regional and local Points of Sales specificities (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries)
  • Knowledge of the consumer journey in-store
  • Proactive and organised
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities.
  • Collaborative, positive, enthousiastic
  • Great Communication skills and summarization capabilities in English and French
  • Experience to be confirmed but preferably 1-2 years
  • Softwarecapabilities

  • Software (MAC): Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator),Autocad, Sketchup Mandatory
  • Added software: Vray, Microsoft Office, Keyshot
