- Coordonne, encadre et gère le personnel qui lui est hiérarchiquement rattaché
- Gère la prévision et l'utilisation de l'ensemble des moyens (personnel, matériel de transport, de communication, de contrôle et d'outillage, etc.)
- Rédige les rapports périodiques de son activité
- Défini, en liaison avec sa hiérarchie, les actions visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité du service
- Contrôle la réalisation des prestations de maintenance
- Gère le bon emploi des auxiliaires classés
- Transmet le planning des interventions chaque semaine à ses techniciens
- Contrôle les documents utilisés par son équipe assurant ainsi la traçabilité des interventions
- S'assure que les obligations contractuelles en maintenance sont bien remplies
- Signe, dans la limite de ses pouvoirs, les bons de commande, factures et devis
- Vérifie la bonne exécution des tâches attribuées au personnel de maintenance du site
- Optimise les besoins en matériel et en outillage
- Détecte, propose, réalise ou fait réaliser tous les travaux de réparation et de modernisation des installations
- Est responsable du suivi et du contrôle des prestations sous-traitées
- Est responsable par délégation du respect de la réglementation du travail, du règlement intérieur et des règles de sécurité
- Rappel les objectifs à atteindre en termes de services à l'immeuble et de disponibilité des installations et des bâtiments
