Job description
Assisting the Human Resources Team within the general administrative works


including:

  • Assist HR internal administration works;
  • Assist each HR manager in case of necessity;
  • HR related document translation between Chinese, English and French;
  • Manage the employee medical visit process;
  • Assist intern recruitment works;
  • Support in expatriate services.

Qualifications:


  • Business School or University, Bac+4 or above;
  • Educational background in human resources or office/business/commercial administration.

Interpersonal Skills:


  • Comfortable with administrative tasks;
  • Rigorous, punctual, proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn;
  • Openminded, with interest in working in multicultural environment;
  • Team spiritoriented.

Technical Skills:


  • Microsoft office, Microsoft 365

Languages:


  • Chinese;
  • English;
  • French.
