YOUR MISSION
- Provide
statistical advice, analysis, programming and communication support for studies from specific working parties.
RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS
- Within the working party, provide
statistical support in:
study design:
-
feasibility evaluation
-
analysis planning:
-
protocol/synopsis writing:
-
questionnaires' elaboration (together with principal investigator and study coordinator)

statistical analysis programming:
- Also required to help in:
interpretation of the results
writing the results and statistical methods for abstract and publication
-
presentation of results in scientific congresses:
- Interaction with data management staff in
design and quality checks of study databases:
Develop tools for implementing new statistical methods using commercial and open source statistical software (
SPSS, R)

Keep up to date on literature regarding
survival analysis and other relevant statistical methodology.
Requirements:
- Post graduate in Biostatistics or Statistics (bac + 4)
- 12 years' experience in a similar role
- Experienced user of R
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Focus on costumers 'needs (WP ́s or pharma companies)
- Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural / multilingual environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- User of SPSS
- Experience of working independently and reporting to various audiences
- Medical knowledge (hematology)

- Annually gross salary: € gross per year, depending on previous experience
- Flexible schedule (starting from 8 to 10 am and finishing accordingly)
- Fulltime contract, 37,5 working hours per week
- 25 working days of Annual leave + 15 days RTT
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

- After probation period, EBMT supports nursery costs with a monthly supplement
- Some days work from home and some days from the office (minimum 2 days at the office), although during the training period you will be mostly at the office.
