Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Head of Sales to drive and consolidate our business growth in France. With direct reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, this role should integrate Business Development, Customer Success and Team Management skills. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth and commercial development in France within the Dentsu Customer Experience Management (CXM) domain.

:


  • Sales development and leadership for Omega CRM, Merkle and Dentsu France.
  • Collaborates with the Regional CXM and dentsu France Leadership to ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and foster growth in local market service lines, aligning with the annual business plan objectives to consolidate Omega's position in France.
  • Ensure proper sales coordination with Dentsu France Media & Creative leaders ensuring increased synergies across Dentsu service lines with aim of driving cross/upsell.
  • Collaborates with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in France.
  • Accompanying team to Pre Sales activity: sizing, approach, work plan, assessment.
  • Relationship management with Salesforce commercial team.
  • Lead the management of assigned clients in France.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the objectives and the Omegapromise to the client.
  • Monitoring and quality control of deliverables in assigned projects.
  • Managing the scope and expectations of new projects.
  • Sale projects and drive clients under profitability management.
  • Up & cross selling in assigned clients.
  • Report to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Takes proactive measures to advocate for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity, actively striving to recruit, advance, and retain a varied team of highly committed and motivated sales profiles

Required Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and gotomarket roles.
  • Salesforce network well developed in France ecosystem
  • A persuasive authority in the field, esteemed by business and sales leaders for their adeptness in solutionoriented selling.
