We are seeking a skilled professional to assist the General Manager with club operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining an engaging atmosphere, overseeing gym operations, and coaching team members.

1. Maintain an engaging atmosphere within the gym
2. Oversight of gym operations
3. Couching team members to ensure exceptional service standards are met

The role involves maintenance of club standards and procedures as well as contributing to operational initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
