An international data centre main contractor in search of a Project Director/ Senior Project Manager to lead the construction operations on their £75 million data centre based in Paris.

This thriving main contractor specialise primarily in Data-centre projects across major cities in Europe, this business boast a turnover of Circa €900 million.

• Responsible for the planning and use of all resources necessary for performing to agreed specification.
• Attend site, quality and Engineering reviews and handover meetings
• Issue cost reports as agreed; report on all major parts of the project as requested.
• Manage the expectations of contractors and clients
• Management of supervisors and subcontractors
• Responsibility for all aspects of Safety on projects under their control
• Selection and requisition of materials to suit budget, project schedule and specification
• Responsibility for achieving business targets of projects
• Resourcing strong teams to deliver operationally.
• Liaising closely with the commercial team to ensure project is on target with budget.
• Regular progress meetings with client and internal teams.
• Hands on management approach to delivering the project.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well within strict deadlines
• Ability to drive a largescale project
• At least 10 years experience as a Project Manager or above.
• Strong ambition to develop career further.
