THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Refine product concepts derived from existing customer pain points or jobs into valuable and usable EKS services

Work closely with product owner and stakeholders to define and drive EKS service vision, design the roadmap and adapted KPIs

End-to-end accountability of the entire value chain from ideation to release and lifecycle management around the use of containers

He is accountable for the quality of their cloud service, accurate documentation, operationalization and service catalog access, and defect management.

Work in collaboration with the security team to ensure the compliance of EKS platforms and the images deployed on them

Guide and coach team members to become more experienced on Kubernetes

Provide advice on aspects related to Kubernetes features

Participate in the development of a k8s community within the CMA CGM group

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in managing or delivering services

In depth working knowledge of leading cloud provider offerings

Familiarity with latest trends and patterns in cloud platforms

Strong technical background on containers platform and technologies

Security

Deep knowledge of security requirements on containers platform and images

Cloud Economics

Knowledge of EKS services consumption driven TCO on cloud - i.e. understanding of cloud provider pricing vs. internal costing for various config decisions

Agile Methodologies

Awareness of DevOps methodologies and ability/mindset to drive rapid prototyping and piloting of cloud solutions

User Centricity

Knowledge of end user experience driven portfolio governance/performance management

Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders (across users, IT & ops support groups) and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement

Exposure to company's traditional services, enterprise priorities and relevant user needs/ challenges
