- Develop and execute strategies for audience growth and acquisition/activation across multiple digital platforms.

- Support the creation of audience segments based on campaign criteria and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Business Area marketing teams to identify specific target segments for personalized campaigns.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud to implement and manage data segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain data privacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and other Business Partners and stakeholders in key departments to ensure the seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with existing systems and processes.
- Support the SOMFY Group multi-brand and multichannel approach, and translate business needs into technical database improvements.
- Support Business Areas local Marketing teams in building Marketing Cloud expertise, liaise with them to understand their specific marketing needs and align strategies with their objectives, in accordance with Group strategy, project portfolio and delivery.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
- Proven experience in audience marketing, database management, marketing automation and/ data segmentation.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM systems.
- Salesforce Trailhead Certifications and/or Trails.
- Skilled with SQL, HTML and AMPscript. Other programming languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency with English and French. Any other language is a plus.

Job Description
Main mission:
Optimize SOMFY Group brands' audience & prospects database management by implementing growth strategies and precise segmentation tactics, ensuring data integrity, security, and support Business Areas team in enabling targeted campaigns for enhanced marketing efficacy and audience engagement.
Activities:
Brand Experience department at SOMFY Group, is seeking an Audience Marketing Cloud Specialist with a strong focus on marketing automation, and customer audience growth and optimization.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools, skilled in managing multi-channel and multi-brand customer audiences and has experience liaising with internal and external business partners. The Audience Marketing Cloud Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping SOMFY Group's marketing automation strategies and tactics.
