LCH SA is a clearing house registered in France. Clearing services housed within
LCH SA include CDSClear, RepoClear SA, EquityClear SA and CommodityClear SA.


LCH SA works closely with regulators and clients to identify and develop innovative clearing solutions.

COO Office main missions

To work closely with and support the COO in ensuring smooth running, sound governance processes, the follow-up of key metrics and the ongoing evaluation of performance of the
LCH SA clearing house; To drive communication initiatives towards internal staff related to key transformation initiatives (new ways of working, people survey engagement)

Key Responsibilities of trainee

Support the Business Manager of COO in putting in place metrics to pilot more efficiently the operational and projects initiatives Assist the Business Manager of COO to work closely with the different operational teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Business lines) in order to assess and put in place the appropriate level of dashboard for mid to senior management levels To use and develop the adequate communication channels (Newsletter, website, Virtual Townhall, Virtual Coffees) towards various teams to enhance communication on the day to day and key transformation initiatives of the clearing house Participate to some programmes to improve culture and behaviours across
LCH SA via the conduct of projects

Experience & Skills Required

  • Licence / Master
  • Good written and verbal English and French communication skills
  • Be able to clearly communicate to various stakeholders (e.g., internal team, management level)
  • Team working
  • Use of independent judgment
