This is a full time position from our beautiful offices in Paris, Dubai, or Barcelona, or even remote

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)..

to reverse engineer their strategies.

Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)

So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

And with them we have 3 dreams:

YOUR MISSION:

Your mission is to make the company Scale and each department work at full speed by Implementing Systems, Processes and workflows
You will join the Operations Team reporting to the COO.

With Paradox it's the opportunity to work in environnement that is obsessed with automations and taking advantage of digital solutions

1 - Make the company Scalable and turn it into a growth machine by Implementing Systems, Processes and workflows to reduce errors, save time and create magic**:

Seek productivity enhancement opportunities in every departments

Solve problems effectively by eradicating the cause

Create process, map current systems

Transform Readings into internal Training
Implement advanced
automations
Benchmark digital tools that will allow to scale

Control Design, implement and control the execution of cross team processes and workflow using best practices in the area (Lean/Six sigma or equivalent).

If you are not already, you'll learn to be a master in no code tools : Airtable, Notion, Make _
At Paradox things move fast, and our CEO is always reading Business Books, meeting great entrepreneurs and you'll be able to give life to the best strategies and tactics._

- Leads the execution of best practices learned from legendaries Startups developed by the CEO and our COO & Act as project Manager on strategic projects:

Our CEO and COO created a Notion Data Base of more than 200 best practices learn from legendary companies
You role will be to implement them in order to scale, you'll be able to pick and implement.
A lot of those systems requires to be at ease with Make, Airtable, Notion

- Project Management : manage strategic cross-teams projects, and ensure they are delivered on time
:

Manage the daytoday operations
Identify structural problems that prevent the flow of information and optimize the way departments work together.

- putting the right systems in place and overseeing all HR, finance, legal, marketing, office management operations.
