    Today, we are on the hunt for a seasoned international recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

    With us, your main responsibilities will be:

    • Work hand-in-hand with Business Managers to understand our clients' needs
    • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
    • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements
    • Buil and nurture quality talent pools to always have ready-to-present candidates to our clients
    • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
    • Call current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals

    To be successful at Anotech and at this position, you must:

    • Have an extensive experience in recruitment, both in agency and in-house
    • Have a business-oriented approach to recruitment
    • Be keen to provide a great candidate experience
    • Be able to work in English, Dutch a plus
    • Be eager to challenge yourself

    Experience in the Energy industry would be an added value
