Your tasks
- organizes and plans preventive/corrective maintenance operations and monitors their implementation (reminder to the spare parts store if necessary)

Develops or develops ranges, procedures for maintenance interventions
Supervises the compliance of interventions and the operation of equipment, materials and installations
Participates in daily Gemba meetings of the PSU and rolls out action plans and reports in accordance with defined standards
Monitors maintenance indicators (adjustment and monitoring of the PMP, definition of critical parts to achieve failure rate objectives, preventive rate, achievement of MTTR and MTBF, TRS).
Advises and provides technical support to services.
Ensures the HR management of its teams: Skills assessment, training, management, efficiency control, annual interview, compliance with discipline, monitoring of attendance/declared time reporting.

- supervises the management of the spare parts store, tools and its supply.
- validates annual maintenance plans

Centralizes the maintenance activity and defines the performance indicators

- defines the maintenance specifications for new equipment
- participates in the reception of equipment
- centralizes the management of machine files (centralizes the original machine files with the update following technical modification)

Checks that the safety level of the equipment is maintained and enforces the standards in force (safety audit).

- is the guarantor of the respect of the achievements concerning the CHSCT action plans
- is the guarantor of compliance with environmental standards within the framework of ISO 1400- manages equipment, building and energy maintenance contracts.

Proposes improvements and new processes on the tasks incumbent upon him
