- Piloter et animer les achats IT pour des applications finance et corporate
- Challenger le métier dans la définition de son besoin pour acheter le « juste besoin ».
- Identifier et proposer des ruptures de business model permettant de réaliser des réductions de coûts
- Piloter au niveau groupe un panel fournisseur IT composé d'acteurs et leaders mondiaux dans un contexte inflationniste
- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie Panel Fournisseurs sur les catégories d'achats dont il/elle à la charge, en liaison avec les Directions Métiers Groupe et les Pays.
- Piloter le processus d'appel d'offres de bout en bout, de la définition stratégique amont, jusqu'à la contractualisation fournisseur pour le groupe ou chaque pays du groupe.
- Analyser les dépenses fournisseurs afin d'en dégager des pistes de performance
- Challenger les fournisseurs dans une démarche de performance à faire valider et valoriser auprès du Contrôle de Gestion groupe.
- Etre garant(e) de la bonne application des procédures de dépenses Opex/Capex de l'Entreprise sur ses familles d'achats. Rappeler les bonnes pratiques Achats auprès des clients internes en France et dans les pays
- Etre responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de performance qui lui sont alloués.
- Etre garant de la conformité des fournisseurs vis-à-vis de la régulation
- S'assurer de la bonne mise en œuvre des décisions nationales au niveau local / pays
- Optimiser l'utilisation des bases Articles
