Description
Follow and develop sales on existing customers (up-selling / cross-selling). As such, ensuring regular contacts of the existing customer base, to promote the company's products and services, support customers in a better understanding of the company's products and services,- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to generate new sales opportunities
- Ability to do build and execute a Go-ToMarket strategy
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts with the purpose of expanding LexisNexis solutions across the designated territories and sectors
- Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to ensure a strong new business acquisition pipeline using traditional, innovative and social selling methods
- Maintain a strong Pipeline with accurate deal closure forecasting and with clean Customer/Prospect data in the CRM system
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
years of experience in Key Accounts Management preferable within the subscription sales segment
- Fluency in English and French is a plus
- Law decree or legal field experience is a plus
- High volume subscription sales experience is a plus
- Demonstrated proven performance against sales targets
- High level of presentation skills
- Confident to communicate and negotiate with staff at all levels
- Welldeveloped computer skills including Word, Excel and CRM System
