The Opportunity

The Nudestix Field Key Account Manager is a goal-oriented expert in the beauty retail business and will be responsible for leading the market in-store by maximizing sales.

This infield role is pivotal in leading and developing in store relationships with our multiple locations to achieve optimal performance.

You will also be managing our part time Brand Ambassador by supporting to elevate the performance of the two stores in the region.

Working under the direction of the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store trainings and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

What You'll Do

  • Sales and Service
  • Set and achieve sales and profitability targets for the entire area to drive performance
  • Lead Point of Sale management to achieve their target through regular and impactful communication that engages and inspires
  • Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute a doorbydoor strategy to drive traffic, conversion and cater to the needs of the local consumer, aligned with the brand strategy
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of surrounding competition, omnichannel initiatives, market trends, demographics, and consumer needs / behaviours / reactions, ensuring relevant commercial feedback is provided to key stakeholders
  • Be an ambassador for the brand; lead the way to ensure brand values are represented and brought to life
  • Cultivate a superior service culture focusing on the consumer as our #1 priority
  • Lead all elements of the consumer journey and attain the customer service goals for the area
  • Always ensures excellent consumer service and seek consumer feedback
  • Deliver brand education via the digital tools and resources available to upskill Point of Sales teams
  • Coach the Point of Sales teams on consumer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to improve performance
  • Retail Operations Excellence
  • Deliver strong retailer and head office relationships ensuring these are optimised for retailers' success
  • Always maintain excellent visual merchandising and hygiene standards
  • Plan and coordinate in store resource levels to optimise service, sales, and profitability
  • Manage stock effectively and work to reduce business shrinkage
  • Support new door openings, ensure that timelines are adhered to and demonstrate effective planning in ensuring that all elements required for success are achieved

Who You Are

  • 23 years of field sales and training management experience
  • 35 years of retail and customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of beauty retailers (Sephora, etc.) preferred
  • Independent and selfmotived selfstarter with an actionoriented mindset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 software including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional demeaner
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Flexibility to travel for business needs across all stores including: Koln, Dusseldorf, Oberhausen, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Sulzbach and Hannover.
