Within VM Stellantis team as Lead Acquisition manager your missions will be the following:
Strategy-Coach for Acquisition Managers in the customer team
Define and follow-up global customer specific acquisition calendar incl. agile staffing (pull) and risk management
Define and roll-out cross-functional customer team acquisition standards
globally
Secure proper execution of Acquisition Strategy tools and Standards throughout customer team worldwide.
Ensure and provide best practice exchange incl. win & loss analysis with other accounts (knowledge sharing)
Ensure global contribution of customer team to acquisition targets (Acquisition Target, Acquisition Profit)
Lead price negotiations for acquisitions
Conduct performance evaluation of Acquisition Manager after Acquisition
Flex Team Manager
Ensure proper handover from Acquisition Managers to Project Manager
Qualifications
You already managed at least 2 large/complex sized acquisitions (Category B –Acquisitions)
You are customer oriented and have negotiation skills
Your are able to coach associate
