Hi, we are Volvo Group - Flexis Project:

Flexis is the new company in the
green logistics sector, with the mission to create more
sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.

We want to become the
primary provider of
electrified last mile delivery services through
connected solutions and
vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of
diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to
100+ collaborators over the next six months.

We aim to make this project raising
significant investments and reach rapidly a
significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.

We are thinking

The role you could fill:

Flexis Service & Solutions is looking for its future Digital services product leader.

This position contributes to the digitalization of Flexis Service & Solutions from an End to End perspective (Flexis head office, partners, customers, taking into account all the stakeholders experience from the whole value chain).

Key responsabilities:

Build a digital roadmap of initiatives to boost End to End service execution.
Lead and define call for tenders with digital partners and/or software solutions providers in line with Service & Solutions Strategy
Manage the development and deployment of solutions with partners and end users and measure the value creation.
Take on the role of "Product Owner" for solutions in the acceleration phase within its scope (end user interfaces among others Customer portal, apps and API platform creation), or work closely with existing Product Owners' partners.
Lead crossfunctional teams and workshops with users to review processes, identify opportunities and cobuild digital innovative solutions.
Build the best end user customer experience in the area

What you bring:

Your skills and experience:

Master's degree in IT or engineering
You are familiar with Agile methods.
Proven track record and minimum of 10year experience in the role of product owner or project manager.
Knowledge of workshop facilitation and design thinking techniques
Knowledge in the light commercial business transportation
You're particularly interested in datadriven services. If you know anything about API management, that's even better.
Experience in supplier / partner management to create and maintain IT systems.
