    For our Global HR team we are looking for an interim colleague at our Amsterdam or Paris based office. With your expertise in Workday and strong project management skills, you'll lead post-go-live activities, facilitate talent management campaigns, and foster a culture of excellence across our organization.
    Join us as an Interim Senior Advisor for Global Talent and Development, where you'll spearhead the execution of our company's Talent, Performance & Recruitment strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a Center of Excellence, translating business needs into actionable initiatives and driving continuous improvement within the HR domain.

    An overview of task and responsibilities in the role:

    • Execute the company's Talent, Performance & Recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting and growing talent;

    • Translate business requirements into actionable initiatives within HR Talent Performance & Recruitment domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enhancing global employee experience (EX);

    • Set up Change Management documents and project management follow-up to enhance Employee experience and scale practices across the organization;

    • Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Talent, Performance, and Recruitment, bridging business needs with HR operations;

    • Create global trainings and documentation for Recruitment, Performance Management, and Talent Management processes;

    • Monitor adoption of Workday Talent, Performance & Recruitment processes and lead post-go-live change management activities;

    • Run go-live Talent Management campaigns, monitor usage of career sites, and facilitate performance evaluation processes;

    • Build and lead Ayvens Talent & Performance and Recruitment communities;

    Profile required

    To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

    • · Approx. 10 to 15 years work experience in the field of HR with at least 5 years work experience within an international (corporate) environment;

    • · In-depth experience of best practice HR processes and procedures, works council, performance management, reward & recognition, employee relations, etc.;

    • · Track record in demonstrating positive leadership to the business and within the HR team during periods of change and uncertainty;

    • · Experienced in working with HR-systems & tools. Workday knowledge is a plus;

    • · Able to work in a dynamic and corporate environment;

    • · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
