- will be planning and organizing activities, such as meetings, workshops, seminars, and other events;
- will be keeping and maintaining team's agendas and calendars updated and manage the repositories of contact lists as needed;
- will be maintaining up to date the evidences related to the management of security related contracts;
- will be managing team's SharePoint dedicated spaces and functional email addresses as needed and will be supporting with regular monitoring and reporting activities
- will be drafting minutes, reports, notes, presentations, briefings and correspondence and will be providing support to tasks related to internal and external communication
- will be Supervising of all Security Monitoring Room personnel and/or Reception Desk personnel and ensures proper completion of all Security Unit duties
- will be monitoring security guarding and reception activities and operations of the guards and security receptionists
- will be coordinating the security guarding services in line with the
- procedures and instructions;
- will be contributing to the forecasting, planning and executing security trainings for the team as well as maintaining their proper qualification records and defensive means certifications

Our client is eu-LISA, EU Agency located in Strasbourg established to provide a long-term solution for the operational management of large-scale IT systems, which are essential instruments in the implementation of the asylum, border management, and migration policies of the EU. As a framework contractor we are looking for the following professionals for the project:
Protective and Administrative Support specialist in the Security Unit
You will be coordinating the management of access and deliveries on site and contributing to the security risk management process
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of relevant education after secondary school.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
Very good spoken and written English language skills (French language is considered an asset).
Ability to work independently, under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment.
Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation, facilitation) and interpersonal skills;
Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment.
Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment.
Experience in EU institutions or international organizations would be strong asset.
You should be EU citizen with clean criminal record for being able to access EU confidential information
