The role of the Global Talent Management team is to define and implement strategies to attract, identify, retain and develop Talents, to design & organize HR and Managerial practices that create a learning and development experience at SUEZ, to develop the leadership model and cultural transformation that supports SUEZ ambition.

To support the new ambition of this Global Talent Management team, we are looking for a HR Talent Project Manager.

His/her role will be to propose, promote and implement both fundamentals and innovative projects that will enrich the panel of Talent Management tools, at the global level, and in close cooperation with many stakeholders:
local HR teams worldwide, HRIS, communication department, external providers.

The scope of projects to lead include:
Assessment of Talents and High Potential profiles
Employee value proposition for SUEZ talents
Create tools / processes for global Career Management/ Pathing.
Talent Planning & Succession
Graduate program for Junior Talents
International secondments for young talents
Executive Mentoring for experienced Talents
Women career booster
Employee engagement

VOTRE PROFIL

As this is a new role, we are looking for a selfstarting professional who is able to bring structure to empower the imagination of the team.
Ability to work on a project mode (lead a transversal team, design a project organization, implement project management tools, drive through KPI and dashboards, etc )
Outstanding sense of organization: you are eager to keep track of deadlines, resources and costs, and enjoy following on the advancement of processes. Ability to deliver impactful communication
Collaborative & Multicultural profile: ability to actively involve colleagues in projects, in a multicultural environment.
Ability to deliver proper documentation
Fluent English required, French is an advantage.

The job holder can be based in a SUEZ office in Europe but the job requires to travel frequently to Paris

Suez preserves the balance between professional and private life, this position is open to telework.
