CONTEXT
HR Digitalization is a key pillar of the HR strategy at Danone.

The Global HR Digitalization team, based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann, is responsible for all Global HR Digitalization initiatives at the company.

In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience.

With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.


The HR Digitalization Technology Intern reports to the HR Digitalization Tech & Data Director and supports some key initiatives/projects that the team will be working on typical projects include play a key coordination role for the transformation project of our core HCM system, SuccessFactor, to build it catering to the system & data standards, as well as meeting business needs & user experience expectations.

You will be orchestrating a team of professionals (HR & IT) to plan activities, share dependences & achieve results. You will also be interacting with users around the world.


YOUR MISSIONS

Your key activities:

  • Coordinate the key players around the SuccessFactor systems in Danone to plan the roadmap, identify dependencies, track progress & report successes
  • With the support of team members, animate potential a network of users to obtain feedbacks & insights
  • Coordinate discussions around priority transversal topics to achieve alignments & solutions
  • Collaborate with the HR digitalization engagement stream on identify & implement required communication & change actions
  • Participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.
About you

  • You are a trustworthy talent with strong capabilities around Project Management
  • You are able to utilize various types of Project Management methodologies, both classic Project Management tools or Agile tools
  • You can establish the project plan, connect to project members, drive progress through working with people while staying true to the ultimate objective
  • Understanding of HR or IT, or both are preferred
  • You are fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).
