Through the economic and social empowerment of local communities and the introduction of sustainable development initiatives at the agricultural level, PUR seeks to address climate change, while regenerating and preserving the ecosystems upon which these supply chains depend.

Many of PUR's projects fall within the categories of insetting, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, forest conservation and landscape restoration. PUR is a B Corp Company which employs over 160 people and a presence in 15 countries.

PUR is looking for a
Program Officer with a first successful experience in the sector of climate, nature-based solutions and sustainability corporate strategies and/or supply chains in consulting firms, NGO, or the sustainability departments of Food & Beverages related companies, to support its developments related to the
coffee sector.

As part of the Coffee team, you will report to the
Coffee Senior Program Manager and will be in close contact with Project teams worldwide.

The main responsibilities will be:
- **Support Key Account Management (40%)*

Provide ongoing support to existing customers in different queries and tasks. Working on ad hoc presentation to prepare meetings with the clients and documenting processes

Internal facilitation (25%):

Liaison with Project Managers in different countries and other teams (e.g.

Carbon, Finance) to address clients deliverables and follow contractual obligations

Reporting (20%):

Active contribution to build clients program progress reports and collect information from the Project Managers to consolidate it in appropriate business language.

- **Research & Analysis (15%)*

Conduct research and desk review related to country context, business profile, supply chains trends, and Agroforestry and Regenerative Agriculture opportunities.

You have demonstrated strong organizational skills and you are passionate about Agroforestry and Regenerative Agriculture, and you want to work in a driven-mission organization,
this position is for you

Master's Degree in Business/ Engineering/ Agriculture/ Social Sciences /Development. A degree in Sustainability or Environmental Science backgrounds is a strong plus.
1 to 2 years experience (work or internship) in corporate tasks related to naturebased solutions and socioenvironmental projects monitoring and workflow tracking or any experience related to carbon, climate projects, agroforestry, coffee sector and corporate social responsibility.
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills and ability to analyze and synthesize findings & data into executive presentations.
Fluency in English (team's daily communication, clients interaction and reportings) and advanced level of French is preferred.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
