Your next missions:

In close connection with our field-working partners, you will:

Work towards the economic performance and the satisfaction of our partners.
Support the team's success by transmitting all operational knowledge.
Coach them in order to boost the deployment of their network and their Mobility activity
Analyze their KPIs and give recommendations for their action plans.
Participate in the creation and update our online and facetoface training materials.
Train our partners in using our tools and systems. You guarantee their perfect use by analyzing our automatic Field Check-Up Reports.
Cocreate the action plan and participate in their deployments as the main HQ interlocutor
Be at the core of the implementation of our innovative rental solutions / Automatic Renting & Connected Cars
Inform our partners about our new product / service developments.

Expected skills:

Advanced studies: Bachelor or Master Degree (ideally in Business)
Fluent in Italian, good command of English; Knowledge of French is a plus
Pronounced customer satisfaction and quality orientation
Passionate about new technologies, think that all optimization and automation is not time spending but time saving
Eagerness to share your knowledge and train colleagues and interlocutors
Attracted by business development in a B2C / B2B environment
Strong human and business skills and an ability to develop relationships that last
