Job Description:


Your Career


As a strategic member of the Partner Acceleration Office in EMEA and LATAM, the Partner Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program management for deploying new programs and initiatives across the Ecosystems organisation within the France and southern Europe region.


This includes managing projects, deliverables, training, communications and change management for functional areas including Ecosystems, Sales, Presales, and Partners to ensure the highest level of collaboration and effectiveness in execution.


Your Impact

  • Lead the development, and execution of the NextWave partner program in France and southern Europe
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop a comprehensive partner program and ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Drive partner engagement and build a feedback loop to gather partner feedback and continuously improve the partner experience.
  • Proactively identify and flag issues and drive solutions to resolve partner concerns.
  • Ensure partner program compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and deliver partner training programs and enablement materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the partner program and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to improve the partner experience.

Qualifications:


Your Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner program management in the IT industry.
  • Experience working in a growing technology environment or management consulting firm driving projects to deliver efficiency and scale
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • French & English language skills are required
  • Must be eligible to work in France
