    We are looking for a proactive and communicative
    Customer Success Specialist
    to join our team. You'll partner with a wide range of clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth onboarding experience and get the most out of our cutting-edge software solutions.     What You'll Be Doing

    • Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions
    • Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process
    • Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions
    • Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies
    • Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs
    • Using CRM systems for client-related activities
    • Resolving client issues using troubleshooting tickets

    Working Hours:
    Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break

    Hybrid role:
    3 days home office; Monday & Tuesday in office

    Salary:
    €1,687.26 gross per month + quarterly bonus

    We provide full support with relocation to Bulgaria, including flight and hotel accommodation.

    What We're Looking For

    • English and French at C1 level (written and spoken)
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
