Job title:
Technical Account Engineer
Location:
hybrid in Aix-en-Provence, France.
Salary:
Up to €45,000 including benefits
You will provide technical support to assist local sales for regional operators and partners in smart card technology & data security organizations. The business is one of the largests SIM card suppliers around the world.
You will report to the director of sales and techinical EMA division.
Responaibilities:
- Clarify the client's requirements
- Write technical internal documentation
- Make technical support in different field such Transport (Calypso), Telecom (USIM), Banking (EMV)
- Qualify the product with our clients
- Go on site for workshop, trouble shooting
Must have:
- Speak French and English fluenty
- Demonstrable experience in presales, technical support, project management
Preferred:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, computer sccience, electronics engineering
- Experience in working in Smart Cards (Telecome, Bank, Transport)
- Mandarin is a Plus
Salary: 35,000.00€ - 45,000.00€ per year
Experience:
