    We are happy to announce an opening for a well-rounded and experienced Global Lead buyer Software to join our teamThe successful candidate will possess extensive procurement experience in software area from major software vendors and especially with Hyperscalers such as Google, AWS and Microsoft.

    Build a strategy and an action plan to achieve significant initial cost reductions and year-over-year TCO improvements within your Software category

    • Communicate and implement the category strategy and the action plans to the country purchasing organization and key internal business stakeholders
    • Prioritize and lead strategic negotiations with vendors
    • Perform regular RFI's, RFP's, e-Biddings, e-auctions, benchmark analysis, Search for creative approaches to reduce the cost base
    • Contribute to the global IT category teams' targets (e.g. savings, supplier reduction, contract management, free cash flow)
    • Support during the bid phase of a project to secure the best terms and conditions from the suppliers
    Proactively liaise with and support country purchasing organizations for major projects and complex deals, validate and approve specified supplier quotesExperience required:

    • 5+ years purchasing experience minimum in a global or an international organization, with experience in negotiating IT Software agreements and especially with Hyperscalers such as Google, AWS and Microsoft
    • University Degree in Engineering, ideally with specialization in International Procurement, or CPSM/CIPS/Nevi qualification
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory and proficiency in French are considered as an advantage
    • Hands-on experience of negotiating complex contractual agreements in a multi-dimensional relationship
    • Capability to build and defend strong financial and business case models
    • Extensive experience in dealing with some of the major Software vendors (Google, Microsoft, IBM, SAP, VMware, BMC, Broadcom (CA Technologies), Oracle, ServiceNow, AWS etc) and an understanding of software licensing models
