To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Game Designer (freelancer contract) to join our Publishing team
Role Overview
As Senior Game Designer, you missions will be:
Creating GDD & Roadmap.
Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap.
Balancing features.
Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events.
Playtesting builds.
Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency.
Deliver all the assignment on time, with a strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games.

Profile:
Significant experience in a Senior Game Designer role within the gaming sector.
English native or fluent: excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive and clear communicator and a team player.
Data-driven and Growth mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and changes while driving results.
