This role is responsible for managing and executing projects for the client & Managing Schedule.
Responsibilities

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Documentation:Documenting requirements, specifications, and processes using tools such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables.

Change Management: Managing changes to requirements, scope, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and involved.

Quality Assurance: Working with testing teams to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.

Project Management Support:Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.

Continuous Improvement:Continuously evaluating processes, systems, and solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Domain Expertise: Developing expertise in the relevant industry or business domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience of 3 to 5 Years as Project Planner/Lead coordinator with client
- Proven experience in the performance of Scheduling accountabilities.
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, in managing risk and issues. Lead review with stakeholders
- Ability to shoulder responsibility, achieve team goals, and Develop strategies to overcome roadblocks in a process to meet Vision and strategy.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects or varying scope and magnitude.
