- Fully own and manage all accounts within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales objectives.
- Develop and execute structured territory business plans.
- Identify high-potential centers and prioritize growth efforts accordingly.
- Drive new product launches and portfolio expansion.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Identify competitor weaknesses and develop tactical conversion strategies.
- Actively pursue share gains in strategic centers.
- Support local tender processes and contract negotiations.
- Protect existing business while expanding footprint.
- Operate effectively in high-pressure competitive environments.
- Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams and economic stakeholders.
- Provide in-lab support when required.
- Deliver clear clinical and technical differentiation messaging.
- Support product evaluations and new center activations.
- Promote therapy value through consultative selling techniques.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Identify growth levers within each account (volume expansion, portfolio penetration, mix optimization).
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategic accounts.
- Contribute to educational initiatives and workshops to support therapy adoption.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute regional strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing on launches, campaigns and congress presence.
- Provide structured field feedback to support national strategy.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Life Sciences preferred).
- 3–8+ years experience in medical device sales.
- Experience in interventional cardiology or cath lab environment preferred.
- Proven ability to grow territory revenue and gain market share.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High level of autonomy and ownership mindset.
- Experience in coronary devices (DES, balloons, BRS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of French hospital procurement and tender dynamics.
- Competitive, performance-driven and resilient mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit suited for a growth-stage organization.
- Ambition to evolve into senior or leadership roles within the organization.

Position Summary
The Coronary Territory Manager is responsible for developing, managing and expanding Meril's Coronary business within an assigned territory in France.
This role combines strong commercial execution, clinical credibility and competitive drive. The Territory Manager operates as a true business owner within the territory, driving market share growth, strengthening key hospital partnerships and positioning Meril as a credible and long-term coronary partner.
The role requires autonomy, structured execution and the ability to perform in a fast-growing and competitive environment.
