    Role Description

    As a Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter, you will be working remotely from any location worldwide. Your daily duties will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. You will also be expected to build networks to find qualified passive candidates and to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch and English
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
    • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field
