Maintenir les applications sur les équipements des utilisateurs finaux : installation/désinstallation, dépannage, récupération de données et entretien des applications, produits et équipements.
Gérer le parc d'équipements des utilisateurs finaux : identifier, analyser et réparer les pannes matérielles. Commander et remplacer les pièces/le matériel si nécessaire.
Gérer d'autres équipements comme les imprimantes, scanners, équipements d'entrepôt tels que les terminaux RDT, etc.
Assurez la surveillance et la maintenance locale des équipements réseau et serveur.
Fournir un support de niveau 1 et 2 pour les incidents et les demandes de service des collaborateurs.
Résoudre les problèmes et enquêter sur les incidents.
Tenir à jour les inventaires d'actifs, s'assurer que le stock de périphériques est adéquat, commander de nouveaux équipements, etc.
Escalader les incidents au niveau de support supérieur si la solution est inconnue ou ne peut être apportée dans les délais impartis.
De 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais.
Des déplacements occasionnels entre sites locaux peuvent être nécessaires.
Capacité à devenir référent sur certains domaines spécialisés.
Atout : Diplôme de type Bac +2 en ingénierie des systèmes ou domaine connexe.
Autres formations / certifications appréciées : MCSE, SCCM, ITIL Foundation, CCENT.
