- Définir les architectures Cloud du groupe (HLD / LLD) : réseau, sécurité, identité, automatisation, supervision, PRA/PCA.
- Définir les standards techniques, patterns d'architecture et bonnes pratiques pour l'ensemble des entités.
- Contribuer à la roadmap Cloud et participer aux choix technologiques structurants.
- Concevoir, déployer et maintenir les infrastructures Azure : landing zones, hub & spoke, firewalling, ressources communes, monitoring.
- Industrialiser les déploiements via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), pipelines CI/CD Azure DevOps et approches GitOps.
- Participer aux activités d'ingénierie : POC, optimisation des performances, troubleshooting avancé.
- Mettre en œuvre la gouvernance Azure (policy, tagging, RBAC, compliance).
- Participer à la gestion des identités via Entra ID et assurer une intégration sécurisée avec les environnements on‑premise.
- Collaborer avec la cybersécurité pour garantir la conformité aux réglementations (AMF, ACPR, DORA).
- Accompagner les administrateurs des différentes entités, animer les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à la montée en compétence collective.
- Fournir un support expertise niveau 3 sur Azure, réseau, sécurité et IaC.
- Documenter, evangeliser, structurer une culture Cloud Groupe.
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Defender).
- Contribuer à l'harmonisation entre Cloud, Modern Workplace et cybersécurité afin de garantir une cohérence globale du SI.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Azure : réseau, compute, sécurité, stockage, hybridation (VPN/ExpressRoute), monitoring.
- Très bonne pratique de l'Infrastructure as Code, idéalement Terraform, et des pipelines CI/CD Azure DevOps.
- Solides compétences d'architecture Cloud : modélisation, patterns, documentation HLD/LLD, gouvernance Azure.
- Très bonne compréhension d'Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Conditional Access, Zero Trust.
- Connaissance des composants Microsoft 365 en contexte pro.
- Culture cybersécurité : segmentation, hardening, policies, conformité.
- Expérience dans un environnement multi‑entités ou groupe décentralisé appréciée.
- Leadership technique et posture de référent.
- Pédagogie, capacité à vulgariser et accompagner les équipes.
- Rigueur, autonomie, sens du résultat.
- Esprit d'industrialisation et amélioration continue.
- Capacité à alterner prise de hauteur stratégique et intervention hands‑on.
- Formation Bac+4/5 en informatique ou ingénierie.
- Expérience significative en ingénierie Cloud / infrastructure, incluant des responsabilités d'architecture.
- Certifications appréciées : AZ-104, AZ-305, Terraform Associate, MS-500.
- Une certification d'architecte Azure (AZ-305 ou équivalent) est un atout majeur.

Ingénieur / Architecte cloud et Infrastructures (F/H)
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Infrastructure Groupe, vous jouez un rôle central dans la transformation cloud du Groupe Premium. Dans un contexte de migration progressive vers Microsoft Azure, vous contribuez à la conception, à l'industrialisation et à la gouvernance du socle Cloud Groupe, utilisé par l'ensemble des entités.
Votre mission : concevoir les architectures cibles, industrialiser les déploiements, garantir la sécurité et la cohérence du Cloud groupe, et accompagner les équipes internes dans leur montée en compétence.
Vous intervenez à la fois comme ingénieur hands‑on, architecte, et référent technique auprès des filiales.
