Job Description:

A tier-1 multinational bank is currently seeking a Compliance Director in a hands-on role sitting within the markets compliance department with a European wide focus.

Responsibilities:

• Providing compliance oversight for the European entity and be the subject matter expert Compliance advisory.
• Conduct regulatory reviews related to a broad range of business activities regarding CA.
• Ensure that the wider staff, especially the front office employees are trained on necessary compliance matters.
• Liaise effectively with key stakeholder across departments and management.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience within the investment banking and capital markets.
• Strong communication skills and experience in working closely with the business and front office.
• Proven to be pro-active and able to take initiatives in dynamic and complex.
