We are looking for a
Key Account Manager

Who are we?
Procos is one of the market leaders for sustainable luxury packaging for the most renown brands.

The products are for example shopping bags, gift boxes and e-commerce packaging, usually provided along with a logístical concept that is customized for each project.

Internationally present, we offer our services globally while we handle most projects very customer centric from one team.


Who are you?


You have completed successfully a commercial education (university, commercial school, professional education or equivalent) and you have good understanding of sales processes in a company.


You're looking back to at least 2 years work experience - ideally in the paper converting segment or in project-based logistics.

You should have good analytical skills and you're well self-organized.

You're mastering the MS-Office tools, especially Excel, and you have successfully used an ERP software


Your task?


You'd work on the projects of an existing portfolio of clients and on the back of this, you develop your accounts and you are enjoying finding and winning new accounts.

Here we list-up a few of the typical tasks:

  • Customer relation : Management of customer enquiries, development and support of luxury brands in the management of their monthly production/delivery orders in compliance with customer procedures
  • Project planning : Writing of supplier briefs and implementation of retroplannings, quality controls to ensure compliance with deadlines and customer specifications
  • Sample production : Control of the customer decorative files, in order to elaborate the samples and launching of samples with validation of the " Sample for approval ".
  • Commercial : Calculation of projects, redaction of customer offers, analysis and negotiation of costs, analysis of project profitability
  • Projectlogistic : Steering and control of the logistic chain in order to ensure the followup of delivery in the respect of the customers' processes and realization of reporting
