International Media Account Director

The job will address all elements of:

Ubisoft EMEA businesses:


  • More than 15 markets are part of this international scope, the key active markets being UK, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Italy, Poland
  • The key challenge is to ensure we effectively manage all requests and information to enable us to focus on leading the evolution to a new approach.

  • More than 40 markets are part of this international scope, the key active markets being US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Brazil, China, India
  • The key challenge is to ensure we effectively lead the global client digital transformation and effective reporting of global media activities, performances and clients opportunities across the globe.
The role will be based in Paris.


Role:

You will report to senior global account lead.

You will be responsible for the regional agencies relationship and coordination, global tools data & analytics management, support the global team on the global projects with a strong consulting and digital transformation focus.


Main Missions:

Global Strategy and Consulting:


  • Client Consulting: accompanying clients on daytoday needs and establishing global media services roadmap (online and offline).
  • Support the follow up implementation of global media projects through to global business reviews and identify client and business development opportunities across WPP group.
  • Lead the global network relationship: knowledgeable of markets activities, global media activities performances reporting and challenges.

Data & MarTech:


  • Project management of global strategic and data
- driven projects

  • Responsible of the global reporting tools and ad ops management. Maintain current platforms data, ensuring timeline and QA. Assisting the teams and clients the global on questions and troubleshoots.
  • Support the development of global quarterly business review via data analytics and best practices.
  • Coordinate competitive analysis: annual & ad hoc analyses to drive global & local competitive learnings.
Management of 1 Global Account Manager, transversal management of 20 people.


Qualifications:


  • You speak English fluently and eager to work with agencies and clients worldwide.
  • You are digital oriented : good knowledge of digital levers, data analytics
  • You are independent, curious, serious and rigorous with strong attention to details.
  • You have strong experience in digital media campaigns management and digital strategy.
  • You are a team player & winning cando attitude with top communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have proven records with data and analytics skills.
  • You know how to manipulate complex Excel files and advanced PowerPoint.
  • 57 years agency experience
