For our Portfolio & Technology Department at the company headquarters in Montluçon, we are looking for a highly motivated.

MISSIONS ENTRUSTED:

Work on R&D projects to create high quality products or systems.

Lead the electronics development team and design electronic solutions for products in development.

MISSIONS ENTRUSTED:

To be the person responsible for electronic designs and their qualification
Animate and coordinate the electronic development team
Participate in the definition of the product architecture with the other teams: mechanics, software and industrialization, purchasing, NPI
Work regularly with other teams (internal R&D and external) for product development
Participate in the analysis of specifications and the drafting of test procedures, he is in regular contact with the customer
Define the overall electronic architecture of products
Ensure the integration of the different software, mechanical and electronic subsets
Ensure the validation of electronic subassemblies and their integration into the product
Ensure that metrology, EMC, electrical safety, reliability constraints are taken into account
Ensure that the manufacturing constraints of the various electronic subassemblies and their manufacturability are taken into account
Write documents related to the different stages of development and testing
Report on the progress of electronic developments

Be in support of other activities (industrialization, aftersales service, production)
Participate in internal and ingroup problem analysis and expertise groups

FORMATION:

Bac +5 engineer or BAC +2 Technician with >10 years of professional experience

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in an engineer position specializing in the electronic development of large series products.

Management of a technical team.

Experience in an international environment.

Fluency in technical English (written + oral) is required. Must be able to understand and create technical documentation in English

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of mixed analog / digital electronics in large series PCB / PCBA / Integration

Knowledge of communication technologies

Knowledge of electricity metrology

Knowledge of electronic accounting

Knowledge of electronic simulation tools and reliability calculations

Faculty of Mass Electronic Manufacturing

Have a good capacity for teamwork: good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, adaptability.

Have a good spirit of synthesis: necessary to digest the mass of information and documents necessary, explain a problem, its solution or report on progress.

Ability to take part, as part of a matrix and international organization, in all phases of a project from specification to validation.
