ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a Stockist who will report to our Flagship Store Director and support all the Store Managers on their respective POS.

As a fast-growing brand, we're facing several challenges in terms of stock management. We are looking to strengthen our retail teams with a rockstar expert in stock organization.

You will be flying over our 3 Parisian doors (Saint Honoré, Le Bon Marché and Galeries Lafayette) to ensure stock is organized & properly managed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
**ORDERS

Ensure physical reception of deliveries in Store
Check for discrepancies between the order and the actual delivery
Process and organize the delivery
Assemble the corporate orders

**STORE FOLLOW UP

Be responsible for inputting the orders in the system
Handle all customer orders for Same Day Delivery within the deadline
Collaborate with the ASM for rotating inventories
Manage all weekly inventories, under Assistant Store Manager supervision

**STOCK MANAGEMENT

Organize the stock room efficiently
Reconcile the stock system discrepancies with finance for the monthly closing

You have a solid sense of organization and rigor

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

You have a proven experience in stock management of at least 2 years, ideally in the luxury sector (Fashion and/or Fragrances).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
You are fluent in English.
