Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, and retain customer loyalty by providing clients with personalized service
- Work as part of a team to meet brand and store objectives
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service
Requirements:
- This position requires at least 3 years of experience on a similar assignment in a luxury store.
- Fluent in French and English, a third language would be ideal
