Your role & mission
:


  • Contribute to the assembly and wiring of recharging stations for hydrogen vehicules._

Your main responsibilities:

Assembly of the recharging stations

  • Contribute to the handling and positioning of the stations
  • Effectuate the mechanical assembly of the stations and the subassemblies according to the defined manufacturing ranges
  • Participate in the optimization of the ranges in collaboration with the Methods department
  • Clean and maintain the equipment and/or material

Wiring of the recharging stations

  • Prepare the electrical site for each station
  • Effectuate the integration and electrical wiring and compressed air of the stations (containerization, wiring and interconnections)

Manufacturing controls

  • Ensure the followup and traceability during the manufacturing process
  • Effectuate control tests and complete control reports
  • Analyze failures and make reparations
  • Identify and document malfunctions and report them through the quality system

Your Profile:

-
Technical Skills

  • Technical training of Bac+2 or several years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience in electricity and in general mechanics
  • Knowledge of the ATEX environment would be a plus
  • Knowledge of specific risks related to the field of activity

Transversall Skills

  • Reading and interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic, PID and electrical drawings and plan
  • Intermediate level in English
  • Safety culture

  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Versatility
  • Sense of quality at all levels

Working conditions:


  • Full time position
  • Remuneration based on profile and experience
  • Lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)
  • 75% reimbursement of public transport
  • Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
